Currabubula Art Show

Meg Quilty is exhibiting a selection of her most recent work in support of the annual Currabubula Red Cross Art Show. Treat yourself and check out the incredible art that will be on display and for sale!

The 55th Currabubula Red Cross Art Show will be held from 17 – 20 May 2018, the weekend after Mothers’ Day.

Each year the historic Currabubula Memorial Hall is transformed into an art lovers paradise. The exhibition fills every available space with a wide variety of artworks from across the country and now internationally. Opening night sees the announcement of the winners of each category with some fine finger food and refreshments on hand to celebrate.

The Currabubula Red Cross Art Show is more than just great art, it’s a day out for the whole family to enjoy all set in a lovely rural environment. Delicious morning and afternoon teas and lunches are available every day. With more than 500 paintings for sale we also have handmade silver jewellery & handmade treasures for those perfect gifts. We have guest artists demonstrating oils and watercolour painting over the weekend.

Opening Night will be held on Thursday 17 May 2018 from 6pm-9pm, cost is $20pp. The Art Show will be open 10am-5pm Friday 18 May, 10am-5pm Saturday 19 May and 10am-4pm Sunday 20 May. Entry is $10pp, $15 per couple. School children are free.
